When we set out to build a pool in 2022, we spoke to 3 different companies. Two of them treated us like an afterthought, but Tyler & Bill with Lonestar were ON IT, and easily won our business. They showed up, they did what they said, when they said they'd do it. They communicated well throughout the entire process, and genuinely cared. Our pool, patio, and putting green were done quickly and to spec. We are absolutely thrilled with the end product of our work with Lonestar. I highly recommend them

When we first embarked on our journey to install a pool we had a few goals in mind. We wanted to find a trustworthy contractor we could partner with. We have a nearby neighbor who has been dealing with a contractor who left them stranded part way through the pool installation. After seeing this we knew this was going to be our top priority. Tyler did an amazing job in this regard.

Tyler and Bill with Lonestar were great. The way things paced was remarkable… it was three months to the day from the moment the digging started to when the pergola was done. That means we were swimming in under 3 months! I know that’s not always possible - we had great weather and no major hiccups but man was it awesome. If you’re going to spend well in excess of 6 figures, do it right with someone who doesn’t mass produce these pools. Thanks Tyler, Bill and Lonestar Pool & Spa!!

The Colony Pool Service FAQs
At Lonestar Pool & Spa Design, we know that an inground pool or spa can be a significant investment, so we offer a variety of financing options through Viking Capital, HFS Financial, Paramount, and Lyon Financial. With competitive rates and flexible repayment options, it’s easier than you might think to finance your dream pool or spa.
In general, the phases involved in building a pool include design, excavation, steel framework installation, concrete application, plumbing, electrical work, tile, coping, and interior finish.
The design process varies depending on the complexity of the project, but typically takes several days to a few weeks. It includes the initial consultation, site analysis, design proposal, and design refinement.
When it’s time to start construction, other factors such as site conditions, local zoning and permitting processes, and weather may come into play. The entire process of building a pool from start to finish can take anywhere from 8 to 12 weeks.
Pool remodeling can improve safety in several ways, with the installment of new safety features such as fencing, pool covers, and alarms. We’ll also address any structural issues or hazards during the remodeling process, ensuring that your inground pool is safe for you and your loved ones.
